Non-Downloadable Products: If you have not downloaded the product and wish to request a refund, you may do so within 14 days of your purchase.
Downloadable Products: Once a digital product has been downloaded, it becomes non-refundable. We advise you to thoroughly review product descriptions and specifications before completing your purchase.
